Baseball Race
I ran across this site the other day, and thought it was a pretty interesting visualization of the playoff races. If you imagine a horse race of baseball teams, you’re on the right track.
You can choose among a dozen different variables such as team, division, and year. You can display lines for .500 baseball, division leaders, elimination, and so on.
It’s pretty neat to see how teams surge and fall as the season progresses.
